I attended training today with Ted on Team dynamics workshop. It was very beneficial on how to manage your team. Getting to know their personalities and therefore getting to know you can get the best/most of them in their jobs. We talked about resolving conflict and which is the best way to do so. After two years in business as a one-man-band and going through the usual hurdles of the startup phase, I wanted to look ahead to the long-term sustainability and expansion of the business.
